Please note that these guidelines are based on the International Award Association's framework and that whether you are at school, a residential youth facility, a community youth group, a company, a correctional facility or where-ever you may be doing the Award Programme in South Africa, the requirements are exactly the same.
There are three levels of the Award:
Bronze
Silver
Gold
At each level, participants should set themselves personal challenges in each activity.
The Programme has four Sections designed to provide a balanced programme of personal development.
